iCloud for Windows

Keep your photos, videos, mail, calendar and other important information up to date and available on your Windows PC.

Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You likely already have iCloud enabled on your phone.
1.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name]. If you don’t see [your name], tap “Sign in to your [device],” then enter your Apple ID and password.

2.

Tap iCloud, then turn apps and features on or off.

iCloud for Windows

With iCloud for Windows, you can access your photos, videos, mail, calendar, files, and other important information on your Windows PC.

Minimum system requirements
To use iCloud, you need at least iOS 5 on iPhone 3GS

Calendar, Contacts, Mail
Calendar, Contacts, and Mail are available on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, Mac, and PC.

Minimum Requirements:
iOS 5
OS X Lion 10.7.5
Windows 10 May 29, 2019 Update or later with iCloud for Windows 10 or later and Outlook 2016 3

Download iCloud for Windows

Open a browser on your PC and click this link to download the app:

iCloud – Microsoft Store Apps

On your Windows computer, open iCloud for Windows.

Sign in with your Apple ID.

Make sure to sign in with the same Apple ID that you use on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

In the iCloud app, select the option to sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks, then click Apply.

4.

Once the setup has finished, launch Outlook. Your iCloud email, contacts, and calendars should now be synchronizing with Outlook.
